1 APPLICATION & MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF SALE

The general conditions of sale detailed below apply to all orders validated on the site www.lescollectionsvintage.com

The present terms of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company LCV (RCS number 499 833 291) and on the other hand, by any non-professional individual wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lescollectionsvintage.com, hereinafter referred to as "consumer".

The website www.lescollectionsvintage.com and the brand Les Collections vintage are the property of the company Elodie Froc Lusson in its entirety, as well as all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners. Any unauthorised use of the site or its contents would constitute an act of counterfeiting.

By "buyer", we mean any natural person who is not operating for professional purposes or in connection with a business activity.

Any order implies the buyer's full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale and, if applicable, of the specific conditions applied to one or more products. Les Collections vintage reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer. The changes will be applicable to all orders subsequent to these changes.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1369-1 et seq. of the Civil Code, the general terms and conditions of sale are made available in a manner that allows them to be retained and reproduced. The buyer can print them out or read them online.

2 ORDERING & AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

The contract is concluded when LCV receives your order form by computer and once the accuracy of the order data has been verified.

Once the contract has been concluded, LCV will take charge of your order and will send you a receipt for your order by e-mail.

The customer follows the following process: - Validation of the basket - Choice of payment method

Payment: Credit card

Our products are, by definition, unique and remain available as long as they are visible on the site.
 If several customers are interested in the same item, the first one to validate his basket will purchase it. It then becomes an "unavailable item" for the others. In the event of an exceptional malfunction in stock management and in the event of unavailability of products after the "buyer" has placed an order, LCV will notify the customer by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or of the cancellation of the order. In the event that the "buyer's" bank account has been debited, LCV will initiate an immediate refund procedure. The customer's account will be credited again.


The "vintage" products are second-hand products and are therefore unique. The photographs in the catalogue are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colours.
 In spite of all the care taken in the selection of the articles, we cannot avoid certain degradations due to time (minimal holes, stains, discolorations...).

These alterations are always discreet and are an integral part of the history and charm of the article. The accessories present on the silhouettes (bags, shoes, jewellery, belts or other accessories) are not sold with the product described and are used to illustrate an outfit.



LCV is committed to fighting against counterfeiting and the sale of any product that is subject to a sales ban. However, if despite the procedure of attestation and certification of our products offered for sale, the buyer acquires a counterfeit or a product forbidden for sale, That Little Pis commits itself to reimburse the customer and to withdraw the product concerned.

3 PRICES

The prices of the articles on sale are expressed in euros.

The price indicated on the product sheets does not include shipping. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense if the purchase amount is less than 200€, otherwise shipping, packaging and logistics costs are free. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes. 


That Little Pink Shop reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices indicated at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.

4 PAYMENT TERMS

The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by LCV. The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payments will be made by credit card.

In all cases, the buyer will be debited within less than a week following the validation of the order.

In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order within 8 days after the date of the order, and the item is relisted automatically. The follow-up of transactions is recorded by Les Collections vintage. Upon validation of payment by LCV, the order becomes effective. In the event of bank refusal, LCV will automatically cancel the current order.

LCV reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

The photos and all the texts present on the site www.lescollectionsvintage.com are the property of Mrs. Elodie Froc Lusson and cannot, under penalty of prosecution, be used without prior authorization.

5 DELIVERY TERMS

After order confirmation, the products will be sent to the delivery address that the Buyer indicated in his order form and this, within a maximum of 72 working hours. We strive to ensure delivery within 21 days. In the event of difficulties, we undertake to keep you informed. Deliveries are made everywhere in France and internationally.

LCV uses the services of La Poste for shipments to France by Colissimo (Delivery against signature of the recipient). Parcels handled by La Poste allow delivery tracking.

Upon receipt of the package, it is the responsibility of the recipient to check the conformity of the product and to note on the delivery note any damage due to the carrier. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in the event of damage.

In the event of proven degradation, the buyer must file a complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within seven days of receipt of the package. The complaint will be sent to the following address: Mrs. Elodie Froc Lusson, 1 rue trarieux 92600 Asnières sur seine. The product must be returned by colissimo in its original condition to the Seller within the same time frame, failing which, the complaint cannot be accepted.

Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. The buyer must then attach the proof of the shipping costs to the package.

LCV declines all responsibility for non-compliance with delivery times due to the unforeseeable or insurmountable event of the carrier (in particular in the event of loss of products or strikes).
